What do I get with a Freedom Portal Angel subscription?

What do I get with a Freedom Portal Explorer subscription?

I cannot find a way to watch Freedom Portal Content when I go to the content page, and I am a subscriber. How can I get help?

After double checking that you are signed into your ThriveOn subscription account, click the refresh button on your browser to reload the website. This will update the browser with the latest information about your account and usually resolves these issues.

There is no RSVP button on the Freedom Portal Calendar to register for an upcoming event, but I am a subscriber. How can I get help?

Can I create my subscription with one payment method and then change it later?

At this time, the payment method you use when you create your subscription will be the only payment method attached to your subscription account. So for now the answer is not yet. If you encounter a situation where you have to change payment methods, you may have to create a new account. However, before you do that, please Contact Us

Can I subscribe on a monthly basis?

I can’t afford the annual cost upfront, is there a way I can make payments over time?

The cost and time of accounting for anything less than a year at a time is not viable for our small team, however there are options for financing available through a few services like PayPal’s Credit program. We are also exploring others, and will keep this updated as we learn and develop more.

If you have applied and been accepted to PayPal CREDIT, you can select that option during the checkout process by choosing ‘PayPal’ in the ‘Select Payment Method’ dropdown, then clicking the ‘PayPal CREDIT’ button.

How can I access the Freedom Portal live shows?

The live shows will be streamed on the website and then stored on the Freedom Portal Content page. You will receive an email with all the information you will need to tune in live or access it from the archive.

How do I know when the live shows will air?

You will receive email notifications of upcoming show dates. You can also check the Freedom Portal Calendar page for upcoming show dates.

How do I RSVP for live shows?

You can RSVP for upcoming shows on the Freedom Portal Calendar page. There is a RSVP button alongside each show. You need to be a Freedom Portal subscriber and you must be signed in to see this.

How do I submit a question to be answered on a Freedom Portal show?

You can submit questions for upcoming shows on the Freedom Portal Calendar page. There is a button for “Submit Question” right next to the RSVP button. You need to be a Freedom Portal subscriber and you must be signed in to see this.

Where do I find new Freedom Portal content?

Freedom Portal subscribers are notified via email of upcoming articles, podcasts and live shows. You can also access your Freedom Portal content on the Freedom Portal Content page under FREEDOM PORTAL in the main navigation.

How do I unsubscribe or cancel my account?

You may cancel your subscription any time. Go to -> My Profile -> Account -> Cancel Subscription. If you are cancelling during an active subscription period (trial, monthly or annually), the Freedom Portal content you have already paid for will still be available for the duration of the period.

You may also cancel by emailing us at [email protected] along with the following content:

"I would like to cancel my Freedom Portal subscription prior to the next renewal. The email for my account is (insert the email address you used to create your Freedom Portal subscription here) Thank you."

Can I pause or put my subscription on hold?

Sorry, at this time we do not have the infrastructure to accommodate this level of customized accounting.

Does my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, it does. As long as the credit card that you have on file has not expired or been cancelled, then your subscription will auto-renew according to the plan that you selected when you signed up.

How can I see my next billing date?

Under your Profile -> go to the Account tab and you will see your renewal date.

Will you remind me before my subscription is about to renew?

If you are on an annual plan, yes, we will send you an email to notify you that your subscription is about to auto-renew.

Can I get a refund?

In order to focus our accounting efforts, we have a no refund policy.

Can I gift a Freedom Portal subscription to a friend?

We do not currently have the infrastructure to offer this. Gifting a Freedom Portal subscription is in the queue for development in 2022. The HD digital ownership is currently available to Gift. We will keep you posted!

What forms of payment does ThriveOn accept?

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and PayPal Credit.
